1. Acceptance

By accessing the site, creating an account, subscribing, or using any Crivo feature, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Continued use after changes published on this page also means acceptance of the current version.

2. What Crivo is

Crivo is a B2B and creator platform that helps streamers gain visibility with betting houses and sponsors, and helps operators (desks) and houses find relevant channels.

Accounts may be for streamers, operations (desk), or houses. Subscription is via /assinar. We integrate with Kick, Twitch, and YouTube when you connect your channel.

Crivo is not a casino, does not take bets, does not run gambling games, and does not intermediate wager amounts. We provide connection and visibility tools.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your country.

You are responsible for keeping your email, password, and account data accurate and secure. Activity on your account is your responsibility, except proven unauthorized access that you report promptly.

We may ask for extra information to validate a streamer, desk, or house profile. False information or accounts created for abuse may be suspended.

4. Plans and subscription

Paid features follow the plan you choose at /assinar and the conditions shown at purchase (price, billing cycle, benefits).

Charges, renewal, and cancellation follow the subscription flow and the indicated payment method. Late or failed payment may limit paid features until resolved.

We do not guarantee specific commercial results (deals, viewers, or revenue). Crivo provides discovery and presentation infrastructure; partnerships depend on the parties involved.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) break applicable laws; (b) use Crivo for fraud, spam, or social engineering; (c) access others’ accounts or data without authorization; (d) overload, scrape, or disrupt our systems; (e) post illegal, discriminatory, or rights-infringing content; (f) impersonate another person or brand.

We may investigate and restrict use that risks the platform, other users, or our reputation.

6. Content and third-party platforms

When you connect Kick, Twitch, YouTube, or other services, you authorize Crivo to receive data needed to operate the feature (for example channel identity, live status, and public or platform-authorized metrics).

Those platforms remain governed by their own terms. We do not control third-party uptime, policies, or APIs. Content you stream or publish outside Crivo remains your responsibility and subject to the streaming platform’s rules.

7. Intellectual property

The Crivo brand, layout, software, institutional copy, and visual elements are ours or our licensors’. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service under these Terms.

You keep rights in content and data you submit. You grant Crivo a license to host, process, and display that material as needed to provide the service (for example showing your channel in discovery or showcase).

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We use reasonable efforts for uptime and security, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free use, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Crivo is not liable for lost profits, lost business opportunity, indirect damages, or outcomes of decisions based on platform information. Relationships between streamers, desks, and houses are between those parties.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion through support channels. We may suspend or end access for Terms violations, security risk, legal order, or service discontinuation.

Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, liability limits, rules about data already processed) remain after termination.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The current version date appears at the top of this page.

Material changes will be communicated reasonably (for example a site notice or email). Use after the new version takes effect means acceptance, unless the law requires specific consent.

Governing law and venue follow, where allowed, the rules of the service controller’s place of establishment and consumer-protection law in your country when applicable.
